Carissa Backus | Client Services Manager

As our client services manager, Carissa supports all of our clients on a daily basis. Billing, Finance, Customer Service…all her! Carissa maintains our focus on the most important part of the business…our clients! She enjoys assisting clients, working with a broad range of tasks, and has a particular knack for problem-solving. She thrives on tackling new challenges and learning new technologies to help keep things running efficiently.

Prior to joining us she worked in human resources, corporate housing, and managed her family’s business. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
