Carissa Backus | Office Manager
Her business card reads “Office Manager,” but that is an understatement. Carissa runs the office, juggles all office-related tasks, and interfaces with all of our clients on a daily basis. Billing, Finance, Customer Service…all her! Everything that needs to happen in the office, she is on it!
Carissa maintains our focus on the most important part of the business…our clients! She enjoys assisting clients, working with a broad range of tasks, and has a particular knack for problem-solving. She thrives on tackling new challenges and learning new technologies to help run the office more efficiently.
Prior to joining us she worked in human resources, corporate housing, and managed her family’s business. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
